The tournament is 5 rounds, Japanese rules, 6.5 komi. We play with a 1 hour and 20 seconds byo-yomi given to each player, with mutual consent Canadian byo-yomi is possible.
If you want to participate in the tournament please arrive at least 30 minutes before the first round that you are participating in. If you are delayed and won't make it, please give us a call while on the way. This rules is only for the first round you participate in. Once you're on site and have confirmed your participation, you will be paired for all rounds you've registered for. On site, you can make changes to your participation before 9.30 am by registering or deregistering on a list on the wall. The rounds start the first day at 15:15, the other days at 10:00.
ATTENTION! Registrations via the website for the tournament are indicative, so we know how much boards, stones and clocks we need. Always report to the tournament director upon arrival on site, in order to be added to the tournament. Not calling and/or showing up on time means you're not playing.
